What started as a personal project quickly ignited a deeper passion, leading Sonia into full-time residential property development. Motivated by the desire to create long-term security and stability for her young family, she built a thriving independent business over the next 12 years.With years of hands-on experience in buying, developing, and selling homes Sonia saw the perfect opportunity to take the next step: launching her own estate agency. My House First is the realisation of that long-held ambition, built on genuine experience, commitment, and care.
