As founding Director, Sonia drives My House First's aspirational vision, with the same passion and determination she has for her family.
Having discovered her passion for property whilst refurbishing her then, family home, Sonia leapt into property development back in 2008. Driven by her determination to provide security and stability for her young family, Sonia quickly established herself as a full-time residential property professional. For the following 12 years, her independent business grew from strength to strength.
Always wanting to open an estate agents herself Sonia seen it was the perfect time to do so after developing and selling her Greenfields properties herself.

John has extensive knowledge of property management, project management and bookkeeping. He will be responsible for the bookkeeping and the accounts whilst making sure My House First is compliant and up to date with new and old regulations.
